At the end of the week (or month), you finally sit down to process your stack of receipts. For every one, you manually enter the date, amount, category, purpose... the list goes on.
That’s where Debby steps in. You upload all your receipts in one go, and she scans them in seconds, auto-filling all necessary details for each declaration. All you have to do is review and submit. If anything needs changing, you can quickly and easily make adjustments.
Once submitted, your declarations are passed on to HR or finance, who only need to approve them. Because Debby fills out each field correctly, the data is immediately written to the correct cost centers in AFAS.

Debby is constantly evolving. The next big feature? Reviewing declarations. We’re training her to flag unusual or inconsistent entries based on historical and current data in AFAS. HR only needs to review anomalies, Debby handles the rest. And as we feed her more feedback, she keeps improving. More automation, less admin.
