Ready for one of the largest Mendix hackathons up until now? Blue Green Solutions is proud partner of Mendix Capture The Flag 2025. This year, we’re going bigger and better, bringing thousands of hackers together al over the world.

What is Capture The Flag?

Capture the Flag is an annual Mendix security challenge where teams compete to solve real-world hacking scenarios.

The goal is simple. Form a team with your colleagues or people from the Mendix community and try to hack Mendix applications. The team that solved most of the challenges wins! 

Immerse yourself in two days of learning about security in Mendix through hacking challenges and workshops led by Mendix and security experts. Besides that, it is the event to (re-)connect with the Mendix community.

CTF2025 goes worldwide

Mendix CTF once started as an event with 40 participants at the headquarters of Mendix Rotterdam. Now, it has grown to a worldwide hackathon with already more than 1250 participants all over the world, we’re going bigger than ever.

As the main location in Rotterdam is already fully booked, we now added 16 satellite locations all over the world where Mendixers can come together and join the party. We will make sure that all regions, from east to west, will be able to join the hackathon and the workshops online. 

The Rotterdam headquarters is already fully booked, but there are still plenty of spaces left at our satellite locations. More information on the event and registration can be found on mendix.com/capture-the-flag.

Meet the organizing partners

A hackathon of this scale can’t be organized without some enthusiastic organizing partners. Meet The S-unit, Low-code Academy, Siemens, Mendix, and of course, ourselves! Together, we combine extended experience with Mendix and cybersecurity. We will not only help with organizing this event, but also provide some very interesting and educational workshops. Besides that, we will also act as mentors, helping you with some tips and tricks throughout the challenges.

This meetup is all about connecting with other participants and making sure you are fully prepared for this 2-day hackathon.
