We are seeking a driven and ambitious consultant to lead digital transformations for our clients at Blue Green Solutions. As a consultant, you will shape digital transformation and lead implementation. You will be overseeing or cooperating in a project team of other consultants and client staff. You will be in charge of pre-sales activities, such as POC, client workshops and pre-sales meetings. You will collaborate with senior leadership on strategy and engage with employees across the organization to implement changes. You will develop the applications with the team using the Mendix low-code platform, which we will teach you. You should have a university degree in a relevant field, such as business or technology, with at least 3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of business processes, familiarity with Agile, Scrum or Prince2 project methodologies.
For building the solutions, we use the Mendix low-code platform. You will be guided by experienced colleagues and trained in low-code technologies. Furthermore you will be trained and guided by our experts in the consulting field.

Salary indication: 6000 SGD to 8000 SGD monthly plus we offer a profit sharing scheme.
